In order to provide a stronger growth service, we want to allow individuals to add resources to skills. This will allow an organization to organically grow a library of useful resources (books, blogs, etc) to help new members of the team understand what they need to do in order to gain the skill.

MVP:

• A user can attach a resource to a skill
• A user can view all resources attached to a skill

Full Feature:

• User's can say if a resource was helpful or not (helpful resources float to the top)

I think the skills map should reflect what's been "agreed" by the company. I like the idea of the skill editors adding resources to skills, but less keen on anyone being able to do it.
