Fix Sparkle automatic update checks never firing

SPUStandardUpdaterController was stored as a plain let on the App value
type, so SwiftUI could tear it down and recreate it between evaluations,
destroying the scheduled-check timer each time. Moving ownership to
AppDelegate (a reference type with guaranteed app lifetime) keeps the
scheduler alive. Also add SUScheduledCheckInterval=3600 to Info.plist
as a belt-and-suspenders fallback.

Installation
Download the DMG, open it, and drag Win Finder.app to your Applications folder.
First launch
macOS may block the app because it's not notarized yet. To open it:

1. Open System Settings
2. Click Privacy & Security in the left sidebar
3. Scroll down to the Security section
4. Click Open Anyway next to the Win Finder notice
5. Enter your Mac login password and click Open

This is a one-time step — the app will open normally from then on.
