[Bug]: No database selected for backup

Bug Description

Hi!
First of all great work!
Secondly, when backing up ms sql databases (i want them all backed up) when not selecting a database the expected behaviour is to have them all backed up (as described in settings)
However I get an error:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Backup ms sql databases
2. Dont select any DB.

Expected Behavior

I'd expect dbackup to backup them all.

Thanks for reporting this bug!

I'll take a look at it later and fix it as soon as possible. Until then, you should be able to back up the databases by simply selecting them all manually.

Hey, i just released v1.4.7 which fix this issue.

The backup should now work even without you selecting a database :)
