[Enhancement]: Add default values for Destinations

Current Behavior

Every time I create a job and add a destination, I have to configure the retention, which is quite time-consuming.

Proposed Improvement

I propose that we define a default retention setting in the destination configuration. This default setting will then automatically configure the retention settings in the job settings when the destination is selected.

Thanks for your feedback.

Hmm, could be implemented like a rentation template engine. At some point, there'll be nothing but template engines, haha.
I'll have to think about what the best option would be.

Release v2.2.0 add a completely new Template system where you also can set global rentation policies.

Make sure to read the release notes before upgrading because there is a breaking change.
