The jobs activities graph on the dashboard does not appear to be using the time zone defined in the settings.

Thanks for this report.

Have you set the correct timezone in your profile?

The scheduler timezone is only when jobs run, but you need to set the correct timezone for your user.

Also, if it's possible to add the dd/mm/yyyy date format, which is much more widely used, that would be great.

I found the problem !
The timezone needs to be configured in docker-compose.yml

So it's not really optional, as stated in the official docker-compose.yml file.

Yes this is possible, the system is build to easily add new formats. I will add this in the next release for you.
