[Feature Request]: Add auto-lock to job trigger api

Problem / Motivation

I thought it would be nice if the job trigger api could support to auto-lock the backup.

This comes from running the ci container as a pre-deployment step.

We could opt-in to this via env variable.

That way the deployment backups are excluded from the retention.

Add parameter to job trigger api that auto-locks the created backup

Maybe a separate feature request, but adding tags (in the trigger call) would also be nice
could add the ci run identifier/deployment id or whatever to the backup

Yeah this should be opt-in via ENV in the Image and need API Support. Will take a look in the next days.

I actually don't get that part, could you maybe explain this a little more detailed?

basically just a list of strings added to the metadata and shown in the storage explorer.
One example would be adding the ci run identifier/version to the backup. So if for whatever reason you need to rollback to a specific version, you know which backup to restore (or even automate it by looking for the tag via api)

There is a new env variable DBACKUP_AUTO_LOCK where you can set 0 or 1.
