gedi02ax not returning raster samples

I'm trying the latest gedi02ax with raster samples per release notes:

v5.0.3 - Raster sampling support has been optimized for x-series APIs at the cost of legacy p-series API performance. All users are strongly encouraged to switch to x-series APIs when performing raster sampling as the old p-series APIs will take much longer now

But worldview samples are coming up as empty lists, when they used to return data:

Seems other samples like usgs3dep-1meter-dem also come back blank without any errors or warnings.

@scottyhq Thanks for reporting this. There was a regression in our code that got released and I missed it. The code has been fixed and I am hoping to release the fixed version today.

The fix mentioned by @jpswinski addressed a different issue. I fixed this one in commit e980f7a on main branch.
