SlugAudit v1.0.0 — first production release.

What it is

An MCP server that gives AI coding agents pre-parsed, searchable,
100%-in-sync evidence about a codebase. Seven tools over stdio: report,
query, structure, finding, finding_read, project_control, health.

What's new

• Resource limits configurable via SLUGAUDIT_* env vars (11 tunable caps)
• finding_read tool — session-gated finding query
• macOS CI alongside Linux
• Architecture docs explain every design choice (security model, disposable
  data, watcher health, concurrency model)

Not in this release (scope decisions, not gaps)

• Windows CI + binary (no users yet)
• FTS5 search index (LIKE scans at 40 µs — well under budget)
• Per-language resolver split (stable and well-tested as-is)
