If you're a developer or a modder, you can run RainGen from source code. Works exactly the same as source code version of ClanGen. If you're not familiar with it:
Click the green "Code" button on top of this page, then "Download ZIP". Unzip it and then follow this tutorial. The process is described for LifeGen, but it works for RainGen too..
