Save Settings in Smart! Panel

I have an issue with changing the belt version or turning off auto-link every time I build a new merger/splitter/lift/etc.

I propose that we should be able to **save the settings** in the Smart! panel and only reset when we wish to change it; place a save button next to the reset or apply button.
