feat(queue): implement offline transaction queue with auto-retry

Closes #101

• Added transactionQueueStore.ts for managing offline transactions.
• Updated CryptoPaymentScreen.tsx to enqueue transactions when offline.
• Integrated notifications for queue events in notificationService.ts.
• Added tests for transaction queue logic in transactionQueueStore.test.ts.
