feat: improve WalletConnect v2 support

Summary

• centralize WalletConnect v2 chain metadata and session persistence
• add a v2-focused wallet screen with connection state, QR handoff, and disconnect recovery
• expand multi-chain support to Optimism and Base and sync the real wallet connection into app state

Closes #227

Verification

• local source review of the new WalletConnect session flow
• automated app and test commands were not runnable here because the project dependencies are not installed in this environment
