Deadzone Eventhook

Some sort of event hook that can call for a deadzone event to occur. Say for example I throw a smoke grenade, and inside that smoke a deadzone would appear for the duration of the grenade. Just as an example. You should be able to play around with other event hooks like setting timers of the deadzone etc.

It's just something I thought of and I think could be cool.
