Dynamic QR Code Generator

• CLI program that enables the user to generate QR Codes

Arguments needed

• URL: Enter the website url that you are looking to create the QR Code for
• COLOR: Defaults to black
  • note: when entering a custom color, hex codes do not need that initial hashtag (#), shorthand hex codes will be ignored and the default value applied.
• FILL: Defaults to white
  • note: when entering a custom color, hex codes do not need that initial hashtag (#), shorthand hex codes will be ignored and the default value applied.
