Right click on unitframes not working with Cast On Key Down

Describe the bug

When enabled the setting "Cast on key down rather than key up" I can no longer right click on any unitframe. The only addon enabled is Clicked.

This option is very useful and was working before midnight prepatch.

Reproduction Steps

1. Escape -> Options -> AddOns -> Clicked
2. Enable "Cast on key down rather than key up"
3. Can no longer right click on any unitframe

Same for me here. As well as disabling the ability to open the character portrait menu to allow to change difficulty for instance for example.

The next release should have a temporary workaround for this issue, I'll leave it open for now as its not a proper fix, but at least this works again.

This is a temporary workaround and introduces some new issues:

• In Burning Crusade Anniversay, a sound effect plays that sounds like you're opening the escape menu every time you cast a spell
• Pressing and holding down a button will cast it both on the down press, and on the up press
