Kindly add support for hotreload for macos intel

Intel Mac (x64) is a known limitation — the Valdi compiler currently ships only for Apple Silicon. We've documented this in Choosing Valdi under "When another framework is a better fit", and it's tracked in the current gaps table.

We'll update this issue when Intel Mac support is available.
