SimpleHub

Important

I used a tutorial to make this USB hub.

zineSimpleHub

A simple USB hub for me.

Features!

  • 3 USB C ports ( 1 for power, 2 for connections)
  • 2 USB A ports
  • 3D printed case
  • Some flair

Why? Why not buy a hub from Amazon?

It's too expensive on Amazon to buy a hub! And I want to learn some hardware experience by wiring, designing the schematics and show other people how such I am a "DIY" pro.

How to build this?

Well first, you need a JLCPCB account. And you will need a way to get the case printed. You can use Google to look up a list of providers that will 3D print the cases.

I recommended you download the gerber file and upload it to the JLCPCB website and order the PCBA.

How to use..?

Fairly simply, connect the USB C on the left side (the port with the power icon on the case!) to a device (e.g Laptop) and then you plug your peripherals to the USBs (2 of them on each side!)
