AquaPulse v1.0.1: June Drop Changelog
Welcome to the first official monthly feature update for AquaPulse! The June Drop introduces deeper system integration, a revolutionary alert system, and enhanced visual personalization.
What is New
Reminder Plus
This is an unmissable, full-screen hydration alert system designed for users who frequently overlook standard system notifications.
Interactive Full-Screen Alert: When triggered, the application displays a dynamic flashing screen accompanied by rhythmic haptic vibration for 30 seconds, ensuring you take a hydration break.
Hydration Extension: If you want to drink more water and need extra time, a dedicated button allows you to add an additional 15 seconds to the screen countdown before the alert session finishes.
Expanded Icon Personalization
7 New App Icons: You can now change the application icon directly from the internal settings menu. Choose from 7 newly designed custom styles alongside the original default icon to match your custom launchers or home screen themes.
Enhanced Animations: Overhauled the core UI transitions with smoother, high-framerate native animations built entirely using Jetpack Compose.
Quick Progress Settings Tile
System Integration: Added a brand new custom Quick Settings Tile named Quick Progress.
Instant Metrics: You can now view your exact daily hydration progress percentages directly from the Android notification shade without opening the main application or using a dedicated widget.
Core System and Privacy
Under the Hood Fixes: Resolved early layout alignment bugs and optimized rendering performance across different display densities.
Strict On-Device Privacy: All scheduling, break metrics, and custom configurations remain strictly encrypted and processed offline on your local device. No accounts, no background trackers, and no external data sync.
