Ingest SourceOS workstation doctor/fix artifacts as evidence-bearing runtime inputs

SociOS-Linux/source-os now emits machine-readable workstation artifacts for:

• doctor
• fix shell
• fix fish
• fix all

These should become first-class evidence inputs for agentplane rather than staying local-only.

Scope

• Add an integration doc for workstation artifact ingestion.
• Define how workstation reports map into existing evidence-forward runtime flows.
• Treat workstation doctor/fix reports as typed local-environment evidence objects that can be attached to bundle/session/run context.
• Identify whether they belong as standalone evidence files, session attachments, or normalized event inputs.

Desired outcomes

• agentplane can accept workstation doctor/fix artifacts as evidence-bearing context.
• Future policy or placement logic can use workstation health state.
• Replay/audit stories can include workstation environment readiness.
