SockBot v3.0 doesn't see notifications

For some reason, SockBot v3.0 doesn't seem to get notifications. It claims to, after logging in successfully, but fails to detect any.

Log of this issue below - the bot logged on with 3 @mention notifications and received an additional one after logging on.

Looks like you have no plugins being loaded. your output's missing a line (or lines) like [2016-04-05T00:47:22.762Z] Loading plugin summoner for vote between Using provider nodebb for vote and vote ready for login

I suspect a config file miscondifuration. can you share your full config file with password elided out?

after a debug session we determined this to be a configuration error that placed the plugins settings at teh wrong level.

Upgrading to an enhancement to add the existence of the plugins list to config validations.
