Update socket-registry workflow references to 8504f327a7ad48c3a99f41d1fad01effbdecb897 which includes: - actions/checkout updated to v5.0.1 - Pre-checkout step to clear stale extraheader config This fixes HTTP 400 "Duplicate header: Authorization" errors that occur when GitHub-hosted runners have stale git configuration.
