I noticed the latest version installs the bins to /usr/bin where it used to be /usr/local/bin

While not technically an issue, it may be worth noting that somewhere as it broke for us when this changed.

Thanks for flagging this. Older IMEI releases used a direct source install into /usr/local, which is why the commands ended up in /usr/local/bin. The current default system install is package-managed via .deb packages, and for that mode /usr/local is no longer an appropriate target, so the exposed CLI tools now land in /usr/bin.

That said, this is a compatibility change for anyone who had automation or service configs pinned to /usr/local/bin, and that was not called out clearly enough. I’ve added an upgrade note to the README so existing users know to update hard-coded paths to /usr/bin, or use --user-install if they need an isolated non-system prefix.
