Login Page: no error message

## Description
On LoginPage, when the user inputs an incorrect login and clicks the login button nothing happens.

## Expected Behavior
If login is incorrect, some kind of indicator to let the user know their login has failed (whether username or password).

## Actual Behavior
No indicators for failure to login
