Transparency setting

Being able to make the camera window transparent with a slider to select its transparency.

Do you mean transparent on hover? If yes, this is already there.

No, I mean transparent all the time.

Maybe with different setting, i.e. 50% transparency all the time and 30% transparency on hover - also I realize that the language is opposite on the setting. It says how transparent the view become on hover, and it's really how much of the view you see. I would expect a 100% transparency to be fully transparent, not fully opaque. i.e .transparency is the opposite of opacity. Right now the setting is really Hover opacity.
