Yes, I’m experiencing the same issue. I’ve also emailed the developer, and I hope it will be fixed in the next update. In addition, I’m sure it would be even better if there were an option to adjust the text size. |

I will work on this "text next line" UX improvement. Regarding the text size, this feature was added in 7.2.0. Please update the app to use it. You can watch this video to see what other features were added - https://youtu.be/yUa8O7LpSP8?si=JXoplNMZp4WLLzGL |

Good issue. I get snagged by Text tool carriage returns moving text up fairly often since the change, since I usually place text at the correct vertical position for the text block. It can be hard to estimate moving text, so it is often a little dance to move text around to the right final location now. But, I could see some use cases potentially wanting it as it is, so it's an interesting thing. Maybe it is useful to have text keep sliding up the screen for some annotation scenarios. Personally, I would default to the old behavior for sure, but maybe allow the new behavior as an optional toggle/checkbox in Settings, if it is convenient to allow either text-new-line mode. |

Yes, the new behaviour will be added as a setting. |

Hello, I love your app. I use it daily teaching in my classroom.
One change was made recently (I think?) where when you are typing text and press enter to move to a new line the text shifts up. Is there a way to make it just go to the next line below where you were typing?
