Retrieve the commit id of the evaluated main

I would like to know if my analysis is obsolete before running it.
Could it be possible to retrieve the commit id of the current state of the repositories when evaluated.

Running somef take some time and can trigger the API rate if we test this on a list of repositories.
The goal of having this information is to detect if our previous analysis is still up to date.

@francoto I will look into implementing it today, this sounds like it could be done in SoMEF but I will see to make this feature possible with RSMetaCheck 1st and test it, but most likely it will be done in SoMEF.

@francoto I have made an initial implementation, and now I print the repo latest commit ID of the default branch, this is an example from tidyverse, now printed in the general report, what do you think? should I add it instead in the JSON-LD that the bot uses to push issues?

I was able to test it in sw-metadata-bot. I think it is great like this.
