…ities - Introduced `notificationService` for managing user notifications with types (info, success, error, warning) and an unread count. - Added notifications for connection and disconnection events in `connectionService`. - Enhanced `proxyService` with search, filtering, and proxy region support (US, EU, Asia). - Updated `ProxyTableRow` to display latency metrics and added edit functionality for proxies. - Redesigned `AddProxySheet` to support editing existing proxies with pre-populated values and password handling. - Renamed app from `ProxyShift` to `Whirm` in UI components. - Introduced `vite` test configuration, mock setup, and unit tests for connection, session, and settings services. - Bumped app version from 0.1.0 to 1.0.0 and updated build and configuration files (`tauri.conf.json`, `Cargo.toml`, `package.json`) to reflect the release. refactor: remove unused Plus icon import from ProxyTable component
