screen tearing?

bug : screen tearing with vsync on at 30 and 60 fps.

reproduce : turn vsync on and look up and down or zoom in.

pc: amd ryzen 7445HS gpu rtx 4050 16 gb ddr5 ram

What hz is your monitor? Screen tearing only happens when your screen is displaying slower then the game, and if the game is running at 30 that means your screen has to be rendering lower then 30hz, At least thats my theory it could be a issue with rexglue Im unaware about
