http-trace: the "exclude /pyctuator/**" option is not available in UI

The "exclude /pyctuator/**" checkbox is missing from the http-trace UI - it is needed to hide all the requests SBA is issuing to the managed service.

In order for the "Http Traces" tab to be able to hide requests sent by Spring Boot Admin to the Pyctuator endpoint, pyctuator_endpoint_url must be using the same host and port as app_url.
I've updated the examples accordingly and added a section explaining this in the doc.
