No results when querying over jsonld files when logged in with user who has read access.

Examples: 2 resources with verifiable credential with read access for Texon and Brand, and public read access

• R1: https://css5.onto-deside.ilabt.imec.be/texon/ceon/manuf1_1_vc, jsonld format
• R2: https://css5.onto-deside.ilabt.imec.be/texon/ceon/manuf1_1_vc_nq, nquads format

Query: SELECT * WHERE {?s ?p ?o}
When not logged, I get results from R1 and R2.
When logged in as Texon, I get result for R2 but no results for R1.
When querying with https://comunica.github.io/comunica-feature-link-traversal-web-clients/builds/solid-single-pod/ and logging in as Texon I get results for R1 (also when taking away the public read access).
I suppose that the problem is at the level of the generic data viewer.

Queries "spo vc" and "spo vc no extensions" give empty results when logged in as Texon.

Observation:

Updating Comunica dependencies from ^2.8.1 to ^3.0.1 does not solve this.
