This PR updates the GitHub Actions CI workflow to correct the shell quoting used when deriving the release tag from package.json during the GitHub Release job.
Changes:
- Fix quoting in the
TAG=...assignment so the embeddednode -pexpression is syntactically safe in the workflow shell script.
