Solitary+ (“the bot”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a Discord moderation and utility bot. This Privacy Policy explains what limited data Solitary+ processes and how that data is handled. By inviting or using Solitary+ in a Discord server, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
Solitary+ processes message content only when required for specific moderation features such as message sniping, message edit logs, or message deletion logs.
- Message content used for sniping is temporary.
- A maximum of five (5) recent messages are kept per channel.
- Messages are automatically cleared once the limit is reached.
- Server administrators can manually clear sniped messages at any time.
- Message content is not permanently stored.
- No message content is stored long-term or outside of Discord.
Solitary+ processes presence and activity data in real time for features such as presence-based role assignment and status tracking.
- Presence data is not stored.
- Presence data is evaluated momentarily and discarded after use.
- No historical tracking or profiling is performed.
Solitary+ temporarily processes user IDs and server events to detect suspicious or destructive actions.
- Used only to prevent mass bans, kicks, or server damage.
- No long-term behavior profiles are created.
- Data exists only in runtime memory.
- Solitary+ does not permanently store message content or presence data.
- Databases are used only to store server configuration (such as enabled features and log channel IDs).
- All temporary data is cleared when limits are reached or the bot restarts.
- Removing the bot from a server removes all associated configuration data.
- Solitary+ does not sell, share, or transfer data to third parties.
- Data is never used for advertising, analytics, or tracking.
- All processed data remains within Discord.
- Message content is not used to train machine learning or AI models.
- Message content is processed only when explicitly required by enabled features.
- No message content is retained beyond temporary operational limits.
Server administrators control all data-related features, including:
- Enabling or disabling logging.
- Choosing which log types are active.
- Resetting or clearing stored configuration data.
Solitary+ processes only the minimum data required to function.
Reasonable measures are taken to ensure temporary data remains inaccessible to unauthorized parties. Access to the bot and its systems is restricted to the developer.
Solitary+ follows Discord’s Terms of Service and is not intended for use by individuals below Discord’s minimum age requirement.
This Privacy Policy may be updated if features change. Continued use of Solitary+ after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
