Global audit page for editor

Since Tweek use git for rules storage, it would be nice to leverage git history capability for creating an audit page with the latest commits (key changes).

It can also be improved with revert key change and view old key capabilities.

Do you think we should try to move this feature to production? It'll probably require big rewrite as the UI is not really ready and the code is testless and old. (before authoring)
