🚀 Protocol 23 Support

This release adds support for Stellar Protocol version 23.
See issue #112 for reference.

  • ✅ Updated XDR handling to align with protocol changes
  • ✅ Added support for new address types:
    • Muxed accounts
    • Claimable balances
    • Liquidity pools

    • Liquidity pool IDs (L...)
  • ✅ Updated Soroban events handling
  • ✅ Added support for non-root authorization in Soroban simulate transaction
