Frame data (fd)

This command is the default one. In other words, if no supported command is given, the bot assumes fd.

No fd and explicit fd are identical:

Frame data consists of two queries:

  1. character name
  2. move input / move name

Character name

  • must have no spaces
  • if the character name has multiple words, use the game specific alias command

  • sometimes, multiple characters from different games share the same name:
    • output error displays which game the character match was in:

  • or the match is the correct character in the wrong game:

  • for both cases, we can use the game-specific fd variant:

Move

  • must have no spaces
  • various games have various input conventions
    • some common conventions are: numpad, SNK, Tekken etc

  • it's also possible to use the move's name; but the name must match exactly
