INTRO Over two decades, the mode of information is swiftly moving towards digital technology. Organizations are investing heavily on digitization of their documents and information. The benefit of digitization is that it saves lot of space and the life of data stored is long lasting. In this world of digital technology, everything is shifting to the virtual world, such as banking, shopping, grocery, media and news. The growth of technology made it possible to get access of all items by the touch of mobile. But, still many people are deprived of health benefits due to lack of vital information not present with them during the time. The information like their health reports, allergies and health parameters are not up to date. Due to this lack of information, sometime saving a patient becomes a tedious task. In view of the problem, we have developed an APP, which will save the user health status and other vital information which can be accessed by a doctor for his/her proper analysis and treatment.

OBJECTIVE The objective of the APP is to facilitate a user and a doctor to better cater his health requirements. The requirements can be on regular basis or it can be for emergency purpose.

LOGIN SCREEN After opening the software, there would be a login screen consisting of a username and password. The use of a username and password is to stop other people from misusing the database. Each doctor would be given a unique username and password for filling the fields on the login screen. After logging-in through the app, the home screen will project upon the user's screen.

HOME SCREEN The home screen consists of two buttons:- Add Details. The purpose of this button is to add details of the patient. After clicking on this button, a new screen will pop up in which we have to add basic details of the patient, like full name, mobile number, address, emergency contact number, and gender. After giving these details and then proceeding, a new screen will show up. In that screen, medical details of the patient are to be added, like age, weight, height, blood group, allergies from any food items, allergies from any medicines, any health problems, and any treatment going on. After submitting all the details and proceeding, a pop-up window will appear assigning us, our unique-ID. After clicking OK on the message, the home screen will appear. Scan button. The purpose of this button is to collect the details of the patient from the database. After clicking on this button, we have to mention the Unique ID of that specific patient or scan his/her code to get his/her details. After writing the Unique ID or scanning the code, the patient's details will be shown.
