BUG-T12: Audit Log does not show new calls

Description

Fixes BUG-T12 by making Audit Log updates appear during active dashboard sessions. The frontend now refreshes audit rows on live request-count changes, bypasses browser cache for /api/audit, and ignores stale overlapping fetch responses.
