FU-P12-T1-1: Remove or document MCPInitializeParams in schemas

Description

Completes FU-P12-T1-1 by removing the unused MCPInitializeParams model from src/mcpbridge_wrapper/schemas.py, validating that no runtime/test references remain, and archiving all FLOW artifacts (plan, validation report, review report, workplan/index/next updates).
