🍵 New Features

• ☎️ channel implementation is now based on upstream
• 🎉 events are now powered by ereignis
• 🐌 type is now stored as a const char* to avoid unnecessary conversions
• 🦺 more explicit ownership semantics, especially for non owning types (e.g. spa::pod::view, spa::pod::copy)

🧨 Breaking Changes

• 🔄 <main_loop.hpp> has been moved to <loop.hpp>
• 🏗️ pw::main_loop and pw::context now have to be created by calling their static member create
• 🏗️ pw::core and pw::registry can now be obtained by calling context::core and core::registry() respectively
• 🏗️ core::create now uses factories
  • <link/link.hpp> supplies a link_factory to ease creation of links
