What
Voice input uses the Web Speech API, which is only supported in Chrome, Edge, Brave, Arc, and other Chromium browsers. Firefox and Safari users will see no microphone behavior.
Workaround
Use a Chromium browser, OR type instead.
Long-term fix
We could integrate Whisper or another speech-to-text via WebAssembly for cross-browser support. PRs welcome.
