Add State LED and Pop'n Music Controller Mode
Operating mode can now be visually displayed by the color of the LEDs.
LED colors:
Red PSP connection waiting / not connected
Blue PSP connected, right stick mapping off
Green PSP connected, mode 1: right stick PSP d-pad
Magenta PSP connected, mode 2: right stick PSP face buttons,
PS2 face buttons PSP d-pad
White PSP connected, Pop'n Music Controller Mode
Added Pop'n Music controller mode.
When the dedicated Pop'n Music controller (RU014) is connected, it automatically switches to Pop'n Music controller mode, and the LED lights up white.

Please update the RP2040-zero firmware.
No update is required for the plugin (prx).
