This is an integration note and receipt-context validation tranche. It does not add a CloudShell runtime implementation or change TurtleTerm authority boundaries.
Validation target
Existing TurtleTerm checks plus the receipt-context smoke test surface.
Capture posture
Supersedes #14 if current-main checks pass. Older CloudShell FOG branches should remain closed or captured after this merges.
