• Added a new concise NLBoot integration document covering scope, adapter flow, field mapping, validation entrypoints, and a maturity snapshot (M1 current / M2 next).
• Added an NLBoot fixture validator CLI (validate_nlboot.py) that validates manifest/token shape using the adapter views, enforces supported boot modes/signature algorithm, and requires token boot_release_set_ref.
