• Add changes issue #167 soon PATO will be deprecating "physical quality" in favor of "physical object quality", so we imported physical object quality and deprecated "physical quality". All children of "physical quality" are now "physical object quality".

Changes in the Dietary fibre class

• Add changes described by the @NutrientInstitute in issue #142 also includes issue #141 and #116 by @ddooley

• dietary fibre (CDNO:0000005) will now have parent dietary chemical component (CDNO:0000001) instead of carbohydrate (CHEBI:16646)

• soluble dietary fibre (CDNO:0000006) will now be a child of both dietary fibre (CDNO:0000005) and carbohydrate (CHEBI:16646)

• lignin (CHEBI:6457) will be added as a child of dietary fibre (CDNO:0000005)
