On the local infrastructure:
new install version 1.33.10
upgrade cluster vom 1.33.7 to 1.33.10
both worked perfectly

This is for updating 1.33 to 1.33.10.
No OCCM / Cinder-CSI upgrades.
Cilium goes from 1.8.5 to 1.18.9.

Probably we should wait for the node image to appear and upgrade to it directly.
