First Release

The first release of TuffTop!
As said earlier, this only works on linux and has only been tested on kde plasma, I need testers.

Instructions are in the readme, its a binary packaged with pyinstaller so you dont need to install any dependencies or setup python or allat.
Just extract it and run tuff

This program might not work if your user is not in the input group
