Rewrite all wiki pages to reflect the current CLI-complete, app-in-progress state Previous pages had drifted from reality (e.g. implying a more complete desktop app than exists, and missing several CLI subcommands added since). Every page is now grounded in the actual CLI --help output and gtavmm-core module docs.
Establish initial wiki structure Replaces the default placeholder with 14 pages: Home, Getting Started, Game Setup and Launch, Installing Mods, Managing Installed Mods, Backup and Restore, SP to FiveM Converter, Advanced Tools, Safety Model, Data Locations and Logs, Building and Releasing, FAQ, plus a custom _Sidebar and _Footer. Content is reorganized from docs/USER_MANUAL.md into topic-based pages with cross-links, rather than one long document.
