Rewrite all wiki pages to reflect the current CLI-complete, app-in-progress state
Previous pages had drifted from reality (e.g. implying a more complete desktop
app than exists, and missing several CLI subcommands added since). Every page
is now grounded in the actual CLI --help output and gtavmm-core module docs.
Update docs: raw portable exe no longer shipped; add v0.16.2 to Changelog
Document the new Windows installer; add v0.16.1 to Changelog
Getting Started, Building and Releasing, and User Manual now describe the
installer (GTAV_Mods_Manager_Vx.x.x_setup.exe) as the recommended download,
alongside the existing portable exe and framework-dependent zip.
Establish initial wiki structure
Replaces the default placeholder with 14 pages: Home, Getting Started, Game
Setup and Launch, Installing Mods, Managing Installed Mods, Backup and
Restore, SP to FiveM Converter, Advanced Tools, Safety Model, Data Locations
and Logs, Building and Releasing, FAQ, plus a custom _Sidebar and _Footer.
Content is reorganized from docs/USER_MANUAL.md into topic-based pages with
cross-links, rather than one long document.
