[Bug] Typing Message... indicator is out of chat window

I checked the following before reporting a bug

• I found no existing issues matching my bug
• I found no existing issues matching my bug on the Millennium Repo
• I restarted Steam completely and checked if the bug is still there
• I have checked the theme options
• I use the latest version

Current Behavior

Typing a message indicator is out of chat window.

Expected Behavior

Typing a message indicator should be inside that chat window.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open Chat with friends.
2. If they start typing this bug shows.
