Tooling and docs release — no behavior changes.

What's new

  • Vaporwave cat-theme docs site — published at https://spacetrucker2196.github.io/MeowPasswordC/
  • README rewrite — matches current CLI: --psssst, --analyze, --update. Old flags -l/-c/-v removed (they never existed in the C port).
  • Mirror workflow — .github/workflows/mirror-release.yml pushes branch+tag and creates a matching release on river-io/MeowPasswordC on every published release.
